ST AUTO — Terms of Service

1. Business Identity
ST AUTO is a trading brand operated by Hyun Trade (현무역), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea, represented by SO IGOR. Business Registration No.: 527-18-01945. 2. Website and Services
ST AUTO assists customers with identifying used vehicles in South Korea, arranging independent or professional inspections, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating agreed purchases, export documentation and shipment. Website inquiry forms are free to submit and do not create a binding purchase or paid service contract.
3. Inquiries and Estimates
Customers should provide accurate vehicle requirements and contact details. Initial quotations are estimates, not binding offers, unless expressly accepted as final in a separate written agreement. Vehicle availability, currency exchange rates, shipping costs, duties and other third-party charges may change.
4. Vehicle Inspection
An inspection is arranged only after the customer approves the scope, fee and conditions. Inspection findings reflect information available and observable at the time of inspection and do not guarantee the absence of hidden defects. If the same inspected vehicle is later purchased and exported through ST AUTO, the inspection fee already paid is fully credited against the total agreed transaction amount. This credit will be documented in the separate transaction paperwork.
5. Purchases, Payment and Shipping
All vehicle purchase contracts, invoices, bank payment instructions, shipment terms, timelines and risk allocation are agreed separately, outside the website. No payment is collected through the inquiry forms. Where Incoterms are used, the applicable rule, named place and edition will be stated in the transaction agreement.
6. Import Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for confirming import eligibility, customs duties, taxes, registration, technical compliance and other destination-country requirements. ST AUTO does not guarantee decisions by customs or registration authorities.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Inspection cancellation, fees, refunds and purchase cancellation are governed by the separately approved service or transaction agreement, taking account of work completed and third-party commitments. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These website terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable fee.
8. Vehicle Listings and Content
Listings, photographs, specifications, availability and third-party information may change or contain errors. ST AUTO will make reasonable efforts to verify vehicle details as part of an agreed service, but an online listing is not a warranty.
9. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
Users must not submit misleading, unlawful or unauthorized third-party personal information. ST AUTO branding and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws; third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Responsibility for a specific transaction is governed by applicable law and the separately agreed written contract.
11. Personal Information
Information provided through website forms is processed as explained in the ST AUTO Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.
12. Changes and Governing Law
These website terms may be updated for future use. Changes do not retroactively override signed agreements without a lawful basis. Korean law applies subject to mandatory consumer rights and conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by courts or other bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law.
